Any surprises there? I can’t say I am. No, I didn’t really get to watch all the action from the IFP Florida State Championships, but it was not for lack of trying. I was constantly trying to find different streams or websites that might be streaming the event, but what I found was in limited amounts. Despite this, it was still an enjoyable affair altogether. I caught some of the action, and it was intense from what I saw. I don’t know if commentary is rare at events like this, but it could definitely benefit the level of entertainment.
Below are some of the many different division champions:
Open Singles Champion – Tony Spredeman
Expert Singles Champion – Mike Campagna
Pro Singles Champion – CJ Cannon
Amateur Singles Champion – Craig Simpson
Women’s Open Singles Champion – Midori Kimura
No surprise Spredeman avenged last year’s bronze finish at the Florida State Championships. He was in his own backyard, which is a lawless swamp. And in this swamp, Spredeman is King.
The 2021 Wisconsin Foosball State Championships will be taking place later this month, and I can only imagine that Spredeman will look to continue his dominant stretch of play.

Until then, polish your rods and practice your slingshots. The foos is loose.
