At the end of 2020, the most dominant UFC Lightweight of all time, Khabib Nurmagomedov bought Gorilla Fighting Championships for a cool million. Upon buying GFC, he promptly changed the name to Eagle Fight Championships. Since then, he’s been making the venture to move the promotion from Russia to America. That venture is about to prove successful, as Eagle FC has landed in Miami, Florida of all places. Their very first live event in the US will take place tomorrow night with Eagle FC 44 starting at 6:00 PM Eastern time at the FLX Arena in Miami. There will be some former UFC fighters on the card as well as the broadcast booth. But who cares about that. We just wanna see someone get smeshed.
Eagle FC 44 will be available to watch on FLX Cast. With there being no UFC on this weekend, it’s the perfect time to let the eagle fly.
