Dust off those putters and sharpen those pencils, because the United States Professional MiniGolf Association is back in action this April! For anyone that’s been living under a rock, the USPMGA is the top MiniGolf association around, maybe even the top golf association around. They operate out of Myrtle Beach, SC; the MiniGolf capitol of the world. All the top MiniGolfers in the world play on the USPMGA, and soon they’ll have a chance to showcase their skills once again. The USPMGA tournament season will be kicking off in April this year, with the 2022 South Carolina State Open. The tournament will be held on April 23 at the Pineapple Course, with a $100 entry per player; $50 per amateur. The total purse will be $5,000, not a bad chunk of change for a day’s work. Will Rainey Statum keep surging on or will Olivia Prokopova retain her crown? I know I’ll be counting down the days until April. You should be too.
