Championship professional minigolf is right around the corner. The USPMGA will be back late-April for the SC State Open, and the action will staying continue with the US Open a month after that. May 20th-21st to be exact. The site for the 2022 US Open will be Mossy Creek Miniature Golf in Jefferson City, Tennessee. The two days of competition will cover 10 grueling championship rounds with a $15,000 purse in total.
After the US Open, the USPMGA National Match Play will take place on May 22nd. Only the top 16 from the US Open will be able to qualify for the National Match Play event. The top 16 players from the US Open will be seeded, according to how they finished and will play a series of single-elimination, 18-hole matches. There will be four rounds in total with a total purse of $3,000.
